On the sunniest day of the year, and with the High Street closed to traffic, the world’s most famous car came to Tring for the wedding of Rob Alderton and Anna Lishman (Crescendo’s owners). The Rose and Crown hosted the ceremony and the reception was held at The Court theatre, Tring. Chitty spent the night on stage at the Court theatre – something the London Palladium cannot event boast! Rob and Anna donated a ride in the flying car for a charity raffle to raise money for the Iain Rennie hospice. See the gallery for pictures.
